I'm a huge Assetto Corsa fan and have spent countless hours both racing and tinkering with settings. One thing I've noticed is that useful information about Assetto Corsa can be scattered across forums, Discord servers, Reddit threads, and YouTube videos - it can be hard to find what you need when you need it.
So I decided to collect all the useful bits of information I've found over time and put them in one place. This page is a collection of AC tips, settings, and knowledge that I've gathered from experience and the community. Hopefully it helps you too!
Essential Tools
If you're not already using these, they're absolute game-changers:
- Content Manager (CM) - Replaces the default AC launcher. Once you try it, you'll never go back. Better organization, faster mod installation, Quick Drive, and tons of settings. There's a free Lite version that has everything you need.
- Custom Shaders Patch (CSP) - This transforms AC's graphics completely. Better lighting, shadows, rain effects (in preview builds), and so much more. Most modern mods require it.
Both are available from acstuff.club. If you're running AC without these, you're missing out!
