DDS Texture Converter for Assetto Corsa

Assetto Corsa uses the diffuse map as the main (RGB) channel and a specular map in the alpha channel. This tool outputs DDS DXT5 with your diffuse in RGB and specular/roughness in alpha.

How It Works

Upload your diffuse texture and optionally a roughness or specular map. The output stores diffuse in RGB and the map in the alpha channel. If you only have a roughness map, upload it and click Invert roughness to specular so it is used correctly as specular in alpha. If you don’t provide a map, the tool can generate one from the diffuse (click “Auto Generate from Diffuse”).
